Every plan is fixed for every engine. We do not charge per engine. Crawler access, structured data and the pages engines quote are read by all of them — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Kimi, Qwen, Doubao and Yuanbao alike. So nothing here is sold engine by engine, and a model shipping next month does not become an upgrade you have to buy.
Billing questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Subscriptions are month to month and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you store my API keys?
Only as server-side environment variables on infrastructure you control if you self-host. We never expose them to the browser.
What happens to my reports if I cancel?
They stay available for at least 30 days. Your report links keep working for that long, and nothing is deleted before then.
Do you offer refunds?
If the first paid scan does not tell you something useful about your own brand, email us within 14 days and we refund it.
