Refund policy
Try it for free first; if you are charged and it is not for you, tell us.

Start with the free trial
Every paid plan begins with a 7-day free trial, and the first charge only happens when that trial ends. The trial exists so you can decide with the product in front of you rather than after paying.
Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing
Cancel from your billing settings at any point during the trial and no payment is taken. Cancelling never removes access you have already paid for — it stops the next renewal, and you keep the plan until the paid period ends.
Refunds on a first payment
If you are charged and the service is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of that first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to justify it.
If we fail you
If a billing error is ours, if you were charged after cancelling, or if the service was unusable for a sustained period through our fault, we will refund the affected period in full regardless of the window above. That applies to renewals too, not just the first payment.
Renewal periods already used
Outside those cases, a renewal period that has already been used is not refundable part-way through. That is why cancelling is always available and always takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, rather than immediately costing you the remainder.
How to ask
Email us with the address on your account, or with the invoice number from your Paddle receipt — that is the fastest way for us to find the payment. We aim to answer refund requests within two business days.
Contact details are unset. See the contact page for the current status.
How the money gets back to you
Refunds are processed by Paddle, as merchant of record, back to the payment method you used — normally the original card. Your bank decides how long it takes to appear on your statement, and Paddle will email you when the refund has been issued.
If you have already asked your bank to reverse a charge, please tell us as well: a chargeback and a refund are separate processes, and we would rather simply refund you than have a dispute on record.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page reduces a right you have under the consumer law of your own country. If that law gives you more than this policy does, it is the law that applies.
This page is not finished
The values below are unset, so this page cannot serve as a binding agreement yet. They are not defaulted on purpose — a placeholder would ship without anyone noticing.
